The Kingfisher

Alcedia is given the most amazing birthday gift from a mysterious Aunt and an adventure begins later that night when the mysterious gift flutters to life and a beautiful bird now sits at the foot of her bed. The kingfisher offers the little girl seven birthday wishes, but Alcedia must learn to be careful what it is she will wish for and that isn't the only lesson that the little girl will learn in this magical tale.
